We invited librarians to guide the work of donating books

In winter vocation, the children activity of donating books, which is held by our museum and Youth League Changsha Committee, has attractted comprehensive attention and support by primary and middle school students from Changsha.Until Feb. 10, our museum has totally received more than 30,000 books donated from more than 10,000 primary and middle school students. Now, our department of audience service is classifying and summing up these books.

There are different kinds of books, including the area of science, art, math and so on. In order to let the poor children from southern area of Hunan acquire the books that most suitable for themselves, we invited the professionals from Hunan Provincial Children's Library to classify these books systematically and guide our docents to classify the books.

The work of classifying and packing book will finished within 10 days, then these books will be sent to the poor schools from southern mountain area of Hunan in late February.
