2008-2009 Commendation Ceremony for Volunteers Held in our Museum

Commendation ceremony for volunteers working in our museum in 2009 was held on the morning of December 5th, 2009 at the multifunctional auditorium. Nearly 180 volunteers attended the meeting, during which the work of volunteers in this year was summarized, their contribution was recognized, outstanding individuals and groups were praised, and the volunteers’ work plan for 2010 was put forward.

On the meeting, the achievement of volunteers in the year 2009, especially the implementation of “leader inspection system” was reviewed. Ever since the adoption of “leader inspection system”, not only the cohesion among individual volunteers within each group has been strengthened, but the communication between our museum and group leaders, between our museum and individual volunteers also has become easier and smoother. Through the implementation of the system, the self-management of volunteers and daily work of our museum were both greatly improved.

Mr. Liu Xiao-bao and Ms. Li Qian-zi are conferring awards upon outstanding volunteers

Mr. Liu Xiao-bao, deputy director of our museum, and Ms. Li Qain-zi, head of educational center, conferred awards and prize upon 6 Stars of Volunteers, 10 outstanding volunteers, 2 outstanding group leaders and 2 outstanding groups. Ms. Zhong Hui delivered her speech on behalf of the volunteers. She said that all the volunteers would make greater efforts in the coming year to coordinate with the work of the museum. The ceremony ended in a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere.
