Education and Public Service Department Held 2009 Annual Summing-up Meeting

At 7:00pm, Feb 4th, the Education and Public Service Department of our museum held its 2009 annual summing-up meeting at the multifunctional auditorium, which was chaired by the director of the education center of the department, Mrs. Wu Di. On the meeting, leaders of the six groups within this department---supervision group, education group, ticketing group, security group, cleaning group and audio-visual group, delivered their working report of 2009 respectively. Then, deputy director of our museum, Mr. Liu Xiao-bao, selectively read the 2009 Visitors’ Message Collection and summed up the meeting.

Although every leader’s speech won loud applause and affiramtion from the audience, the ticketing group finally came to the fore and was awarded the title of Excellent Group of 2009.

As visitors’ message is one of the most authoritative standards in measuring our museum’s work, everyone present was elevated when Mr. Liu read the words of affirmation on the 2009 Visitors’ Message Collection. According to statistics, there were 15,323 pieces of visitors’ message collected in 2009, of which 95.4% were for praise and 4.6% were for suggestion and advice. Affirming the achievement of the department, Mr. Liu guarded everyone against arrogance and set forth a new aim for them, “The aim of the Education and Public Service Department in 2010 is to raise the praise ratio by one pencentage point. ”
